What a Room Costs at Deluxe Motor Lodge

Illustration of the Magic Valley landscape. It is a drawing, not a photograph, and it does not show any of our rooms or buildings.

A studio at Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W, is $325 a week. The studio is the only room type at this address, and the week is the only unit we quote it in.

There is no nightly studio rate here. We do not publish one and we do not divide the week into one.

Below is what a week costs at every business in Twin Falls that publishes a weekly rate, read on September 2, 2026 from each company's own site rather than an aggregator, a directory or a review site, including the places where somebody else comes in under us.

The rate at 761 Main Ave W

One room type at this address. A studio, $325 a week, weekly only.

That is the same studio rate at every New Leaf property that has a studio. New Leaf Properties has run motels in Twin Falls since 2005 and there is one rate card across the whole portfolio, so nobody gets a different number for the same room depending on which building they call about.

No lease. No credit check. Both of those are true here, and neither is unique to us. Canyon Springs Extended Stay and Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay both state no credit checks on their own sites, checked September 2, 2026.

If a single night is what you need, this building has no rate for it. Skip down to Apollo Motor Inn, eight minutes' walk from here, which does.

What a week costs in Twin Falls

Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate, and we are one of the four. Our own card sits on the table twice, because the studio at this address and the single at our other buildings are different numbers. The other three were read on their own websites on September 2, 2026. Nothing came from an aggregator, a directory or a review site. These numbers move, and any of them can change without anybody announcing it, so the date is part of the number.

Weekly rates as of September 2, 2026. The three competitor figures were read on each company's own website; ours come from our own rate card. Sorted cheapest first. These change.

Blue Lakes Inn publishes two different weekly figures at the same time. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says $360 a week, and $360 appears nowhere in the visible copy. $360 is the one that shows up in a search result. Both were live on September 2, 2026. We are not going to pick one of them for you.

Motel 6 has no rack rate at all. The $45 is their own number, quoted per night and labeled a weekly rate with a seven night minimum, which comes to $315 for the week by their own stated minimum. Their nightly figures are live booking engine quotes for named dates rather than a rate card. The engine quoted $95 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026, and $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for October 14 to 15, 2026 against a struck through $64 to $69. Chain prices move daily.

One more for context. SureStay by Best Western on Blue Lakes Boulevard publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere, and its booking engine has no extended stay filter. That engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026, which is a live quote for one date and will read differently tomorrow.

What our week works out to per day

Two motels on Blue Lakes Boulevard advertise $45 a night, and both numbers are real. Motel 6 Twin Falls quotes its $45 as a weekly rate with a seven night minimum, so the shortest stay at that price is $315. Motel 6 publishes no rack rate at all, and its booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for October 14 to 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69. Canyon Springs Extended Stay prints "Rates as low as $45 a night!", which is an as low as figure rather than a flat rate, and it publishes "As low as $295 a week!" on the same site. Week against week is the comparison that lines up, so here is our week divided out.

A week is seven nights. Our single is $250 a week, and $250 divided by seven is $35.714285..., which rounds to $35.71 a day. Our double is $275 a week, and $275 divided by seven is $39.285714..., or $39.29 a day. The studio is $325 a week with no nightly rate at all, and dividing it by seven would produce a price we do not sell, so the studio is compared week against week instead.

Room or motelWeeklyPer dayWhat the rate is

New Leaf double$275$39.29$275 / 7. Not at every address.

Canyon Springs$295$42.14$295 / 7. An as low as figure.
Motel 6$315$45.00$315 / 7. Seven night minimum.
Blue Lakes Inn, body copy$480$68.57$480 / 7. Their own figure.
Blue Lakes Inn, page titles$360$51.43$360 / 7. Both are live.

Weekly rates read September 2, 2026. Per day is the weekly rate divided by seven, rounded to the cent, and it takes seven paid nights.

The single is the widest gap. At $35.71 a day it is $9.29 under Motel 6's $45.00 and $6.43 under Canyon Springs' $42.14, which comes to $65 less than Motel 6 across the week and $45 less than Canyon Springs. The double at $39.29 a day is under both as well, $40 less than Motel 6 across the week and $20 less than Canyon Springs. The studio runs the other way. At $325 a week it is $30 above Canyon Springs' $295 and $10 above the $315 that the Motel 6 weekly rate comes to, and it is under both of the weekly figures Blue Lakes Inn publishes. It is sold by the week only.

What this section does not say. Our nightly rates are $65 for a single and $75 for a double, at the addresses that have those rooms, and neither is under $45. The studio has no nightly rate at all. Every per day figure here is a published weekly rate divided by seven, and it takes seven paid nights, so no room here is bookable for one night at $35.71. We publish no monthly rate either, while Canyon Springs starts monthly rentals at $1,100 and Blue Lakes Inn at $1,600.

Not every address has every room, so check the one you want before you count on a rate:

  • 760 Main Ave Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave S: studios only, no single and no double
  • Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W: studios only, no single and no double
  • Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N: studios only, no single and no double
  • Twin Falls Motel, 2152 Kimberly Rd: singles only, no double and no studio

The other eight New Leaf addresses have both the single and the double, and the rooms at each address are listed at tfrooms.com. Ask for the week at (208) 733-2010 or use the form at tfrooms.com/apply.html.

Where somebody else is cheaper

Our $325 studio week is $30 more than Canyon Springs Extended Stay, which publishes "As low as $295 a week!" on its own site. That comparison does not go our way and there is no way to phrase it so that it does.

On a single night, Canyon Springs publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!". Motel 6's engine quoted $56 a night for a midweek date in mid October, which is a quote for that date and not a standing rate. Cheaper single nights exist in this town, and this address does not sell a single night anyway.

Monthly, since people ask: Canyon Springs states monthly rentals begin at $1,100 per month and Blue Lakes Inn states $1600 per month, both as of September 2, 2026. There is no monthly figure on our rate card. The week is what we publish.

What the $325 is: one published weekly number on a studio, no lease and no credit check behind it, half a mile from downtown Main Avenue. It is not a nightly price that moves with the calendar. If none of that matters to you, $295 is $295 and you should go take it.

The cheapest week we run is eight minutes away on foot

The lowest published weekly rate in Twin Falls on September 2, 2026 is $250, and it is not at this address. It is a single room at our other properties. The nearest of those with singles is Apollo Motor Inn, 296 Addison Ave W, 0.39 miles from this door and eight minutes' walk. Doubles there are $275 a week.

Apollo publishes a nightly single as well, at $65, which makes the arithmetic worth doing on their card. Seven nights at $65 is $455. The week is $250. That is $205 less for the same seven nights, on two numbers Apollo publishes side by side. None of that math applies to a studio, at this address or any other of ours, because there is no nightly studio rate to multiply.

If it is a studio you want and you want to stay on this end of town, Jones Motel at 660 Main Ave N is 0.09 miles away, two minutes on foot, and the studio rate there is the same $325.

What is near this address

Studio only and weekly only. The shape of the rate suits somebody counting weeks rather than nights, and that is as far as we will go in guessing who you are. The rest of this section is distances, routed on the real road and pedestrian network and measured on September 1, 2026.

By car from the door: St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 2.8 miles and seven minutes. College of Southern Idaho is 1.6 miles and four minutes. Chobani is 4.1 miles and eight minutes, Amalgamated Sugar is 3.7 miles and seven minutes, and Magic Valley Regional Airport is six miles and thirteen minutes. Magic Valley Mall is 3.6 miles and seven minutes. Shoshone Falls is 5.3 miles and ten minutes.

On foot: Norm's Cafe is 0.04 miles from the door, a one minute walk, and we counted twelve places to eat within walking range. Sweet T's Cupcakery is three minutes, The Human Bean five, McDonald's five. Swensen's Magic Market on Addison is four minutes, one of twelve grocery and corner stores we measured. Lincoln Elementary School is four minutes. Columbia Bank is twelve. The nearest staffing office is a two minute walk, one of ten staffing and job services in range. Twin Falls City Park is 0.8 miles and the public library 0.9 miles, both two minutes by car.

Two honest gaps. Laundry is not close. We counted eight laundromats and cleaners within walking range and the nearest one we can name is Magic Suds Addison at 1539 Addison Ave E, twenty nine minutes on foot. Getting around without a car is the thinnest category we measured at this address, three results in range. Plan on a vehicle or a ride.

Booking, the deposit, and what we do not ask for

Booking is a phone call to (208) 733-2010. The office is at 296 Addison Ave W. Se Habla Espanol on the same number.

No lease and no credit check.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct, by phone. Checked September 2, 2026.

The deposit depends on the room. On some rooms it is one week's rent, paid at move in. On others there is none. Which room falls where is not written down anywhere you could read it, so ask on the phone about the specific room before you plan around a number.

We do not publish availability on this site. The phone is the only way to find out what is open.

Other places to stay near this door

The closest other lodging to this address is 0.18 miles away, a four minute walk. We are not naming it, because our own record for that business did not clear the confidence bar we set before writing any of this.

The ones we can stand behind, measured from this door:

  • The Fillmore Inn, a bed and breakfast at 102 Fillmore St. 0.78 miles, two minutes by car or seventeen on foot.
  • Cameo Mobile Estates, a mobile home park at 281 Caswell Ave W. 1.48 miles, three minutes by car.
  • Falls Crossing, an apartment address at 122 Falls Ave W. 1.39 miles, three minutes by car.
  • South Meadow Apartments, 475 Caswell Ave W. 1.43 miles, four minutes by car.

None of those last three are motels. One is a mobile home park and two are apartment addresses, worth a look if a week is not really what you are after.

Three lodging businesses we checked in Twin Falls have no website we could reach. Capri Motel on Kimberly Road lists caprimoteltwinfalls.com, which is unregistered; Verisign's RDAP returns a 404 for it, and the regional tourism board still links that dead address. Falls Ave Suites on Falls Avenue has no business website we could find. A third, on Addison Avenue West, is listed in a directory under a domain belonging to a motel of the same name in Lordsburg, New Mexico, which returns a Wix 404. That is not a knock on any of them. It means a price comparison in this town has holes in it that no amount of reading will close, and ours has the same holes.

Questions people ask

$325 a week for a studio. The studio is the only room type at 761 Main Ave W and $325 a week is the only rate we publish for it.

No. The studio is weekly only. We do not publish a nightly studio rate and we do not divide the $325 into one. If you need a single night, our single rooms at other New Leaf properties are $65 a night, and the nearest of those is Apollo Motor Inn, eight minutes' walk at 296 Addison Ave W.

No. Canyon Springs Extended Stay published "As low as $295 a week!" on its own site on September 2, 2026, which is $30 under us. The lowest published weekly rate we found in town on that date is $250, and that is a single room at our other properties, not a studio here.

Often, yes. Canyon Springs publishes rates as low as $45 a night, and Motel 6's own booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for October 14 to 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69. Those are live quotes for named dates, not standing rates, and they move daily. Our single at other properties is $65.

No lease and no credit check. That is true at every New Leaf property. Canyon Springs Extended Stay and Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay also state no credit checks on their own sites.

It depends on the room. On some rooms it is one week's rent, paid at move in. On others there is none. Which room falls where is not written down anywhere public, so call (208) 733-2010 and ask about the specific room before you budget for it.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct, by phone. That was checked on September 2, 2026. The number is (208) 733-2010.

Se Habla Espanol. Same number, (208) 733-2010.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 2.8 miles and about seven minutes by car. College of Southern Idaho is 1.6 miles and about four minutes. Magic Valley Regional Airport is six miles and about thirteen minutes.

Not close. We counted eight laundromats and cleaners within walking range of this address, and the nearest one we can name is Magic Suds Addison at 1539 Addison Ave E, about twenty nine minutes on foot.
